Vanity Tops & IPS Systems
We are able to offer a choice of designs for our Vanity Tops & IPS Systems. They are manufactured to your measurements, ensuring that they are a perfect fit when they have been installed on site.
We are able to manufacture these in the same colour as your washroom, or complimentary colours - The possibilities are endless.
VANITY TOPS
Our standard Vanity Tops are manufactured using 18mm MR MDF and your choice of HPL colour (High pressure laminate)
They can be created to suit a semi-recessed basin or an inset basin.
Our Vanity Tops are made using the Postforming technique, ensuring that the perfectly sealed edges increase durability, longevity and improves on the waterproof/hygiene specifications of standard Vanity Tops.
Do you need a split level vanity top so that the washroom space can be shared? We are able to offer this, again working to your specifications.
We also have the option to produce our Vanity Tops using a special Plazcore material, created and manufactured in the UK by a local joinery company based in the West Midlands.
Working closely with The Panel Factory, Plazcore offers the same added benefits as MR MDF as it can be drilled, and cut into much like MDF, whilst being made from a 100% recycled material with further anti-bacterial properties, Plazcore is 100% waterproof and can be submerged in water without any compromise on the bond strength.

IPS Panels (Integrated Plumbing System)
IPS Panels are perfect for hiding away any unsightly pipework at the back of your toilet. These are manufactured with easy access panels ensuring that any pipework is still accessible by a plumber.
Perfect for keeping in with the theme of your washroom as these panels can be produced in your choice of colours!

Our Aston Range is manufactured using MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard), faced in your choice of laminate colours (HPL)
This range is perfect for washroom environments with Light to Medium traffic.
Perfect for small office washrooms or where budget may be a factor
WINTERBOURNE RANGE
Our Winterbourne Range is manufactured using MDF, faced in your choice of laminate colours (HPL)
This range is perfect for mid-high traffic areas, as it can be exposed to moisture and deal with light "wetting" on the surface
BLAKESLEY RANGE
Our Blakesley Range is our Premium Range, manufactured using Compact Grade Laminate (SGL OR CGL)
Compact material is completely waterproof making it perfect for high traffic/high use areas
Due to the hygienic properties that this material offers we would recommend this for Healthcare, Schools & other applications (Such as campsites)
Resistant to Vandalism, Water, Wear & Tear & Chemicals
